Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Advocate, your mission is to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels seen, heard and cared for.

• Patient Advocacy & Communication: Act as the vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. You’ll facilitate clear communication, resolve concerns, and ensure every client feels heard and supported.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience from the first point of contact.
• Precision Scheduling: Manage our booking system to optimize office flow. This includes confirming appointments, managing the waitlist, and proactively handling cancellations to keep the day running smoothly.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee the financial process by processing payments accurately, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining meticulous financial records.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date client records and assist with essential data entry and filing to ensure our team has the information they need to provide world-class care.
